Job Purpose

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities management operations and ensure that all building services, maintenance activities, and service delivery are carried out efficiently and in line with company and client requirements.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the client and report any operational issues or service requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support the FM Manager/Facility Manager in achieving operational and service delivery targets.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs and client requirements.

Qualification

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
• Previous experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP and general building maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• UAE facilities management experience is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
